摘要

铁路四电建设项目接口工程种类繁多、要求精细、协调不易,且对整个工程影响较为深远.为全过程控制好工程接口质量,实现建设中无缝衔接,依托新建郑济铁路山东段四电工程接口管理项目进行研究,深入剖析在接口建设管理过程中出现的问题,并针对性地提出一系列优化管控措施,全面、系统、科学有序地把握工程接口过程,强化提升铁路建设项目工程接口管理质量.

Abstract

The interfaces of the railway communication,signal,power and electrification works are diverse,with detailed requirements that make coordination challenging.Additionally,these interfaces play crucial roles in the overall project.To effectively control the quality of project interfaces throughout the entire process and achieve seamless integration during construction,this paper studies the interface management of the communication,signal,power and electrification works for Shandong Section of the new Zhengzhou-Jinan Railway and conducts an in-depth analysis of the issues that arise during the management of interface construction and proposes a series of targeted optimization and control measures.This comprehensive,systematic and scientific approach aims to effectively manage the project interface processes,thereby enhancing the quality of interface management in railway construction projects.
