高速综合检测列车检测计划生成系统设计

为提高高速综合检测列车检测计划编制质量和效率,更好地保障高速铁路运营安全,对高速综合检测列车运用现状及传统人工编制检测计划面临的挑战进行分析,提出构建高速综合检测列车检测计划生成系统.该系统采用B/S架构,以及采用检测计划编制资料即时同步验证技术和检测交路自动生成技术等关键技术,并通过车辆管理子系统、动检车次管理子系统和检测计划编制子系统实现对检测计划的全面管理.研究结果表明,该系统取得显著成效,编制效率提升60%,检测计划与检测需求的匹配度高达100%,有效避免人工编制的遗漏和错误,全面提升高速综合检测列车的信息化水平,降低了检测计划编制人员的劳动强度,并为其他生产系统精准提供检测车的详尽检测计划信息.该系统有望在未来高铁运营维护中发挥重要作用,推动高铁行业安全高效发展.
Design of Inspection Plan Generation System for High Speed Comprehensive Inspection Train
In order to improve the preparation quality and efficiency of inspection plan for high speed comprehensive inspection train and better ensure the high speed railway operation safety,this paper analyzes the application status of high speed comprehensive inspection train and the challenges faced by traditional manual preparation of inspection plan,and proposes to build an inspection plan generation system for high speed comprehensive inspection train.The system adopts a B/S architecture,as well as key technologies such as real-time synchronous verification technology of inspection plan preparation data and automatic generation technology of inspection routing.It realizes overall management of inspection plans through train management subsystem,dynamic inspection train number management subsystem and inspection plan preparation subsystem.The research results indicate that the system has achieved remarkable results,with the preparation efficiency increased by 60%and the matching degree between the inspection plan and the inspection demand up to 100%.It effectively avoids omissions and errors in manual preparation,comprehensively improves the informatization level of high speed comprehensive inspection trains,reduces the labor intensity of inspection plan preparation personnel,and accurately provides detailed inspection plan information of inspection trains for other production systems.The system is expected to play an important role in the future operation and maintenance of high speed railway and promote the safe and efficient development of the high speed railway industry.
