摘要

为满足铁路局集团公司在各业务领域内开展信息系统统型的需要,提出基于GOB的需求获取方法,明确信息系统统型工作需求,辅助统型工作实施.基于GOB的需求获取方法采用面向规划引领、面向组织职能、面向业务过程"三维一体"的思路,获取"五维一体"的MBDTO需求,即管理需求、业务需求、数据需求、技术需求和运维需求.以中国铁路济南局集团有限公司为例,分析其系统现状,并阐述GOB的需求获取方法在综合协同业务领域的实践应用过程,可为其他铁路局集团公司信息系统统型工作提供经验借鉴.

Abstract

To meet the needs of CR regional group in standardizing information systems across various business areas,this study proposes a GOB-based requirement acquisition method.It clarifies the requirements for the standardization of information systems and assists in the implementation of the standardization work.The GOB-based requirement acquisition method adopts a three-dimensional integrated approach focused on"planning guidance-organizational functions-business processes"to obtain the"five-dimensional integrated"MBDTO requirements,which include management requirements,business requirements,data requirements,technical requirements,and O&M requirements.Taking China Railway Jinan Bureau Group Co.,Ltd.,as an example,this paper analyzes its current system status and elaborates on the practical application process of the GOB requirement acquisition method in the integrated office domain.This can provide valuable insights and experiences for other CR regional groups in their information system standardization efforts.
