安肛药液熏洗加光子照射治疗在痔疮术后患者中的应用

摘要
目的：：探讨安肛药液熏洗加光子照射治疗在痔疮术后患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2011年12月~2012年12月接受痔疮术治疗的47例患者为对照组,2013年1月~2014年1月接受痔疮术治疗的52例患者为观察组,对照组痔疮术后给予复方苦参药液坐浴,观察组痔疮术后给予安肛药液熏洗加光子照射治疗,比较两组患者疗效。结果：观察组患者治愈率、疗效评分高于对照组(P<0.05),症状缓解时间、痊愈时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在痔疮术后给予患者安肛药液熏洗和光子照射治疗,对于患者术后恢复以及疾病的治疗效果满意,值得临床推广应用。
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of an anal liquor with photon irradiation treatment of hemorrhoids postoperative. Methods:Collected in our hospi-tal in recent years treated by hemorrhoids treatment of 52 patients as the observation group,give it an anus medicine fumigation combined with photon irradi-ation treatment of nursing in late after hemorrhoids operation,in addition to select 47 cases of patients suffering from the same period also fumigation care on-ly through an anus medicine as control group,to study and analyze the nursing effect of the two groups of patients. Results:Through the use of an anus medi-cine in after hemorrhoids operation method of fumigation and photon radiation therapy in nursing the patients in the postoperative wound healing was signifi-cantly better than the control group(P<0. 05). Conclusion:In the postoperative patients were given an anal hemorrhoids medicine fumigating with washing and photon irradiation treatment nursing mode has significant effect in the treatment of patients with postoperative recovery and disease,should be popular-ized in clinical application.
