河北省护理医学教育现状、问题及对策研究

摘要
护理教育是医学教育的重要组成部分,随着医学模式的转变、健康观念的更新、疾病谱的变化、卫生保健体制的改革,现代护理专业人才功能角色日趋丰富,这对护理人才的数量、质量和结构都提出了更高的要求.本文通过对河北省护理人才现状、护理医学教育现状进行回顾性分析,指出了目前河北省护理医学教育存在的问题,并提出了护理医学教育改革和发展的对策建议.
Abstract
Objective:Nursing education was an important part of medical education.As the changes in medical mode,the renewal of health concept,the changes of disease spectrum and the reform of health care system,modem nursing professional intellectuals function role was getting richer and richer,which put forward stricter requirements to the number,quality and structure of the nursing intellectuals.This essay had retrospective analysis to the current situation of nursing intellectuals in Hebei Province and nursing medical education.The existing problems in nursing medical education in Hebei Province were pointed out.The countermeasures and suggestions of nursing medical education reform and development were come up with.
