摘要
目的：对3年内护士手卫生依从性进行调查分析。方法：2013年1月～2015年12月采用问卷调查法及现场观察法对94名某三级甲等传染病专科医院3年内护士手卫生认知及执行情况进行调查分析。结果：3年内护士对手卫生规范认知达71．28％，手卫生依从性为31．53％。结论：3年内护士手卫生依从性较低，需通过改善手卫生设施，改进培训、考核及监控方式不断提高手卫生依从性。
Abstract
Objective:To research and analyze the hand hygiene compliance of nurses in three years.Methods:From January 2013 to December 2015,the questionnaire survey and on-the-spot observation were used to investigate and analyze the knowledge and implementation of hand hygiene among 94 nur-ses in Grade III Class A Infectious Diseases Hospital.Results:The awareness of hand hygiene of the nurses reached 71.28% and hand hygiene compliance accounted to 31.53%.Conclusion:Hand hygiene compliance of the nurses is low in 3 years.Hand hygiene compliance should be improved by improving hand hygiene facilities,trainings,assessment and monitor.
