The effect of nursing intervention based on Lewin conservation model on self-management ability and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction
Objective To explore the impact of nursing interventions based on Lewin conservation mode on self-management ability and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 138 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups, with 69 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group received nursing intervention based on Lewin conservation mode for 6 weeks. To compare the two groups of nursing satisfaction,self-management ability, neurological function[NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)],limb motor function scale[Fugl-Meyer)],and psychological state[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)].Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 92.75%,which was statistically different from 79.71%of the control group(P<0.05);Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in self-management ability, neurological function, limb motor function, and psychological state between the two groups(P>0.05);After nursing, disease knowledge score, self psychological regulation score, self medication behavior score, self monitoring symptom behavior score, and rehabilitation training score of the observation group was higher than the control group. After nursing, the observation group had consciousness scores, upper limb motor scores, sensory scores, language expression scores, lower limb motor scores, and visual field scores of the observation group were lower than the control group. After nursing, the limb motor function score of the observation group was higher than the control group; The SAS score, the SDS score was lower than the control group, with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on the Lewin conservation model had a better effect on patients with acute cerebral transverse death, which can effectively alleviate negative emotions, improve self-management ability, and effectively improve patient neurological function, improve nursing satisfaction.
