The application effect of CICARE communication mode combined with detailed nursing and respiratory training in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging examination patients
Objective The application effect of CICARE communication mode combined with detailed nursing and respiratory training in cardiac magnetic resonance imaging examination patients.Methods 180 patients who underwent cardiac magnetic resonance imaging examination in the hospital from January to December 2022 were divided into control group and observation group according to the comparability of basic data between groups;with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received CICARE communication mode combined with detailed nursing and respiratory training.The Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores,examination related conditions,image quality,and patient satisfaction before and after nursing were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After nursing,the SAS and HAMA scores of the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the scanning success rates of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The image quality of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the incidence of image artifacts in the study group was 18.89%,significantly lower than the 50.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of physical environment,nursing,nursing technology,safety,and guidance communication in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the CICARE communication model combined with detailed nursing and respiratory training in patients undergoing cardiac magnetic resonance imaging could effectively alleviate anxiety,improve image quality,scan success rate,patient satisfaction,and improve examination efficiently.
