Effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with postpartum rehabilitation care on maternal uterine regrowth
Objective To explore the effect of thunder fire moxibustion combined with postpartum rehabilitation nursing on the effect of postpartum uterine recovery and complications.Methods 100 cases of postpartum uterine recovery women who visited the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balanced and comparable basic data between the groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given postnatal rehabilitation care,the observation group was given thunder fire moxibustion on the basis of postnatal rehabilitation care for 2 weeks.The two groups were compared in terms of recovery effect,uterine recovery,complication rate and maternal satisfaction.Results The maternal rehabilitation effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of the scores of maternal effluvium,pelvic pain,blood purplish and lumpy scores,endometrial thickness,and uterine three-dimensional line sum(P＞0.05).After the intervention,the maternal effluent score,pelvic pain score,and blood purple and dark lumps score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.The endometrial thickness of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the sum of the three diameters of the uterus was shorter than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of maternal complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the degree of maternal satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion Thunder fire moxibustion combined with postpartum rehabilitation nursing can enhance the effect of postpartum uterine regeneration,reduce pelvic pain and other symptoms,reduce the occurrence of complications,thus improving maternal satisfaction.
