Objective To explore the application effect of personalised nursing based on the guidance of posture analysis method in hypertensive patients. Methods 136 cases of inpatient hypertensive patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and 68 cases of inpatient hypertensive patients from August 2019 to August 2020 were used as the control group, according to the principle that the basic characteristics between groups are comparable, the following were selected 68 cases of hospitalised hypertensive patients from August 2021 to August 2022 as the observation group. The patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing care, and the patients in the observation group underwent personalised nursing care under the guidance of the situational analysis method. The Chinese version of the Medication Belief Specific Questionnaire was used before and after nursing care to assess the beliefs about medication and medication adherence of patients in the two groups, and to compare the incidence of risky events(falls, postural hypotension,constipation,infection,anxiety/depression,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, and nurse-patient disputes)and the rate of unplanned readmission between patients in the two groups. Results Before the nursing intervention, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of belief in taking medication and medication adherence scores(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention, the belief in taking medication and medication adherence scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of risky events in the observation group was 7.35%,and there were no unplanned readmissions, while the incidence of risky events in the control group was 19.12%,and the rate of unplanned readmissions was 8.82%;both indexes were lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant in the comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalised nursing care based on situational analysis can effectively improve the beliefs and adherence to medication of hypertensive patients, reduce the incidence of risky events, reduce the rate of unplanned readmission, and improve the quality of nursing care.
