Objective To explore the application effect of operating room nursing management based on the nine-grid thinking model in thoracoscopic surgery.Methods 104 patients who underwent thoracoscopic surgery in the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of comparable baseline data between the groups,each with 52 cases.The control group was managed by the conventional model,and the observation group was given the nursing management based on the nine-grid thinking model in the control group.The control group was managed in the conventional mode,and the observation group was given the nursing management of the nine-grid thinking model based on the observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of surgical efficiency,quality of care,and satisfaction of patients and surgeons with the nursing work in the operating room.Results Operation preparation time,operation time,and turnaround time of consecutive surgeries in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The quality of care scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of operation cooperation,aseptic operation,paperwork records,critical illness management,psychological care,speciality knowledge,health education and so on in the quality of care scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The patients in the observation group's were interested in psychological counselling,admission mission,level of care,postural intervention,service attitude and other operating room nursing care satisfaction is higher than that of the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P＜0.05).The surgeons in the observation group were satisfied with the preparation of surgical instruments and items,surgical cooperation,emergency response ability,storage and use of special instruments,intraoperative instrument delivery,nursing attitude,aseptic operation,nursing skills,sense of responsibility,instrument operation level and other operating theatre nursing satisfaction is higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of operating theatre nursing management based on the nine-grid thinking model in thoracoscopic surgery was helps to improve the efficiency of surgery,the quality of care and the satisfaction of patients and surgeons with the nursing work in the operating room.
