Effect evaluation of feedforward control concept risk warning operating room nursing on patients undergoing transforaminal endoscopic nucleectomy
Objective To analyze the impact of feedforward control concept risk warning operating room nursing on postoperative recovery indicators of patients undergoing transforaminal endoscopic nucleotomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with transforaminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal surgery admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balanced and comparable basic data between groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted the feedforward control concept and risk warning operating room nursing.The Newcastle nursing service satisfaction scale,visual analogue scale and Oswesty disability index questionnaire were used to evaluate the satisfaction rate,pain score and postoperative lumbar function index of the two groups of patients,respectively,and compared them.The average hospitalization time and occurrence of complications(including urinary retention,infection,and bleeding)between the two groups were compared.Results The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group undergoing transforaminal endoscopic nucleotomy was higher than that in the control group,the average hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the postoperative functional index,pain score and incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The feedforward control concept and risk warning operating room nursing can effectively promote the postoperative recovery of patients undergoing transforaminal endoscopic nucleus pulposus removal surgery,relieve pain,reduce the risk of complications,and improve patient satisfaction.
