Effect observation of mind mapping health education applied in skin care of lung cancer immunotherapy patients
Objective To explore the application effect of mind map health education on skin care management of immunotherapy for lung cancer patients.Methods 80 cases of lung cancer immunotherapy patients who were hospitalised in the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the hospital from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into 40 cases of the control group and 40 cases of the observation group in accordance with the principle of the basic characteristics is being comparable between the groups.In the control group,routine nursing care(oral propaganda and education+317 nursing platform delivering health guidance)was adopted in the skin care of lung cancer immunotherapy patients.In the observation group,on the basis of the control group,the mind mapping health education handbook was issued to provide more systematic,comprehensive,scientific and standardised health guidance.After the intervention,the two groups were compared in terms of Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI),health education satisfaction,knowledge of health education,and the occurrence of skin toxic reactions.Results After nursing intervention,the total score of health education knowledge and health education satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the difference between the DLQI and the degree of occurrence of dermatotoxic reactions(rash,itching)by comparing the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The difference between the observation group and the control group after nursing intervention patients'total DLQI scores and the degree of occurrence of skin toxic reactions were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mind mapping is a new way of thinking,integrating teaching and learning,and applied in health education helps to promote the improvement of skin adverse reaction symptoms in lung cancer immunotherapy patients after treatment,improve the comfort,enhance their quality of life,meanwhile,it improves the patients'knowledge of disease and health-related knowledge,as well as the effect and satisfaction of health education.
