Influencing factors of chemotherapy tolerance during case management of NHL patients and their relationship with self-acceptance level
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of chemotherapy tolerance during case management of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma(NHL)patients and their relationship with self-acceptance level was as the study subject. Methods We selected 135 NHL patients admitted to Ganzhou People's Hospital from July 2020 to July 2022 for a prospective study. All patients received case management intervention+rituximab+cyclophosphamide+doxorubicin.+vincristine+prednisone(R-CHOP)regimen chemotherapy, with 21 days as one treatment cycle, and a total of 4 cycles of treatment. And we assessed self-acceptance levels[self acceptance questionnaire(SAQ)]before implementation of care and chemotherapy regimens. The chemotherapy tolerance of NHL patients within 4 cycles was counted and divided into tolerance and intolerance groups, and the impact of self-acceptance of NHL chemotherapy patients on chemotherapy tolerance was analyzed. Results Among the 135 NHL patients,55 cases were intolerant to chemotherapy, accounting for 40.74%,and 80 cases were well tolerated by chemotherapy, accounting for 59.26%;the SAQ scores of the intolerant group were lower than those of the tolerant group, and the fasting blood glucose, white blood cell count, and platelet count were higher than those of the tolerant group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);through point biserial correlation test, the self-acceptance level of NHL chemotherapy patients was positively correlated with chemotherapy tolerance(r=0.584,P<0.001);a multi-factor Logistic regression model was established, and the results showed that SAQ score, fasting blood glucose level and white blood cell count were influencing factors of chemotherapy intolerance in NHL patients(P<0.05).The higher the SAQ score, the lower the risk of chemotherapy intolerance in NHL chemotherapy patients;the higher the fasting blood glucose level and white blood cell count level, the higher the risk of chemotherapy intolerance in NHL chemotherapy patients. Conclusion Chemotherapy tolerance during case management of NHL patients is affected by factors such as self-acceptance level, fasting blood glucose and white blood cell count. The level of self-acceptance is related to the tolerance of chemotherapy during case management of NHL patients. The higher the patient's self-acceptance level, the better the tolerance of chemotherapy.
