The effect of nurse-led five-dimension nursing model in chemotherapy for tumor patients
Objective To explore the application effect of the nurse-led five-dimension nursing model in the chemotherapy of tumor patients with olanzapine combined with tropansetron,aiming at controlling the lesions,reducing the patients'pain level,and improving the patients'psychological status.Methods 80 cases of tumor chemotherapy patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research object,and the patients were all treated with olanzapine combined with tropansetron chemotherapy,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases each according to the principle of comparability of the basic data between the groups.The control group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group received the nurse-led five-dimension nursing model.The pain-causing factors,psychological emotions,tumor-related factors,proliferation and invasion gene expression status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The levels of substance P(SP),prostaglandin E2(PGE2),and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)indexes were lower in the observation group than in the control group after nursing intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Nuclear factor-kBp65(NF-kBp65)and mitochondrial ribosomal protein(S5MRPS5)were lower in the observation group than in the control group after nursing intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying the nurse-led five-dimension nursing model to patients with oncology treated with olanzapine combined with tropansetron chemotherapy can target the specific problems of oncology patients in the process of chemotherapy,improve the psychological state,regulate the degree of pain from the physiological and psychological aspects,and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction level.
