Application of rehabilitation nursing based on the best evidence summary in patients with hemiplegia after stroke
Objective To explore and analyze the application of rehabilitation nursing programs based on the best evidence summary in patients with hemiplegia after stroke in this study. Methods A total of 120 stroke and hemiplegic patients admitted to the hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation care, and the observation group was given rehabilitation care based on the best evidence summary in addition to routine rehabilitation care. The degree of neurological deficit, muscle tone, motor function, daily living ability and negative emotions of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of neurological deficit(NIHSS)score, muscle tone(Ashwoth)score, upper limb motor function(UL-FMA)score,lower limb motor function(FMA-L)score,ability of daily living(MBI)score, anxiety(HAMA)score, and depression(HAMD)score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the degree of neurological deficit score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the muscle tone and motor function scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the ability of daily living in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on the best evidence summary can reduce the degree of neurological deficits in patients with hemiplegia after stroke, improve muscle tone, enhance motor functions and daily living abilities, relieve negative emotions, and promote physical and mental recovery.
