Effect of diversified nursing education on the rehabilitation of hemiplegic stroke patients
Objective To explore the effect of diversified nursing education on anxiety, depression and recovery of limb dysfunction in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods A total of 120 stroke and hemiplegia patients hospitalized in the department of neurology of Liuzhou People's Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 who met the diagnostic criteria and voluntarily entered clinical research were selected as research subjects.According to the principle of balanced and comparable baseline data between groups, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received diversified nursing education and nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing to compare the functional exercise compliance rate of the two groups of patients, limb motor function scores, daily activity ability scores, blood pressure, blood lipids, and blood glucose compliance rates before discharge, and 1 month,3 months, and 6 months after discharge,as well as anxiety and depression. Results The functional exercise compliance of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The limb motor function scores and daily activity ability scores of the two groups of patients gradually increased 1 month,3 months, and 6 months after discharge, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);limb motor function scores and daily activity ability scores at each time point in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);as the observation time extended, the differences in limb motor function scores and daily activity ability scores between the two groups gradually increased, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood pressure, blood lipids, and blood glucose compliance rates of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified nursing education had a positive impact on alleviating anxiety and depression in stroke and hemiplegic patients and promoting the recovery of their limb dysfunction.
