Effect analysis of multidimensional pain care combined with acupuncture therapy in patients with migraine
Objective To explore the application effect of multidimensional pain care combined with acupuncture therapy in patients with migraine. Methods To select 120 migraine patients admitted to the hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 as the research subjects, they were divided into a control group and an observation group based on the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given multidimensional pain care combined with acupuncture therapy on the basis of the control group.10 days was regarded as a course of treatment. After 3 courses of intervention, the clinical symptom improvement effect of the patient was evaluated using the clinical symptom evaluation point grading quantitative standard. The self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale were used to evaluate the negative emotions of the two groups of patients, and the general self-efficacy scale was used to evaluate the self-efficacy levels of the two groups of patients. Results Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in the clinical symptom improvement scores, anxiety and depression scale scores, and self-efficacy scores between the two groups of children(P>0.05).After 3 courses of intervention, the accompanying symptoms, headache duration, headache severity, number of headache attacks, and total scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the self-rating anxiety scale and the self-rating depression scale scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the strategic efficacy, executive efficacy, and general self-efficacy scale total scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional pain care combined with acupuncture therapy can reduce the clinical symptoms of migraine patients, relieve negative emotions, improve self-efficacy,and the intervention effect is satisfactory.
