Effect and value analysis of chronic trajectory model nursing care on patients with lung cancer treated with targeted therapy
Objective To explore the effect of chronic disease trajectory model care for lung cancer patients with targeted therapy.Methods 120 cases of lung cancer patients receiving targeted therapy admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle of comparability of basic data between groups,each with 60 cases,and the patients in the control group were implemented with conventional nursing care,and the patients in the observation group were implemented with chronic disease trajectory model nursing care.Observe the changes in the levels of health beliefs,self-management efficacy,tumor markers,cancer-caused fatigue factor and self-efficacy in the two groups.Results After nursing,the levels of health beliefs,self-decision making,positive attitude and self-stress reduction of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CEA,NSE,CA125 and CA199 of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the levels of somatic,affective,and cognitive in the CFS scale of patients in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).GSES score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted therapy for lung cancer patients in the clinical treatment of chronic disease trajectory model nursing intervention program,can improve the patients'health beliefs and self-management ability,effectively reduce their cancer fatigue factor condition,enhance the patients'self-efficacy,effectively improve the tumor marker level improvement effect,to improve the therapeutic efficacy,obtain ideal effect of the intervention.
