目的 探讨基于专科护士核心能力培训方案在手术室护士培训中的应用.方法 2021 年 6-12 月选取手术室专科护士 35 名为培训对象,对护士实行常规性岗位培训,2022 年 1-6 月基于护士专科核心能力,通过团队相互合作为培训对象制订护理实践、咨询教育、科研、领导能力、质量控制及法律和伦理等内容的培训体系,课程时间为6个月,比较护士培训前和培训后手术室护士综合能力、科研能力、教学活动、临床实践能力及护士对培训方案的满意程度.结果 培训后护士工作角色评分、教学指导评分、治疗性干预评分、管理状况评分、诊断智能评分、帮助角色评分、确保质量评分高于培训前相应评分,培训前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).培训后护士科研能力评分、教学活动评分及临床实践能力评分高于培训前相应评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).培训后护士对培训方案内容、培训方案质量、培训方案实用性、培训方案难度、教师表现、满意度评分高于培训前相应评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于专科护士核心能力培训方案能有效提高手术室护士综合能力及核心素养,可为专科护士日后培训模式提供指导.
The role of core competency training for specialist nurses in improving the comprehensive abilities and core competencies of operating room nurses
Objective To explore the application of training programs based on the core competencies of specialist nurses in the training of operating room nurses.Methods A total of 35 specialist nurses in the operating room from June to December 2021 were selected as training subjects,and regular on-the-job training was carried out for the nurses.From January to June 2022,based on the core competencies of nurse specialists,a training system for nursing practice,consulting education,scientific research,leadership,quality control,law and ethics would be developed for training subjects through team cooperation,and the course duration was 6 months.The comprehensive ability,scientific research ability,teaching activities,clinical practice ability and nurses'satisfaction with the training program of operating room nurses before and after nurse training were compared.Results After the training,the nurses'job role scores,teaching guidance scores,therapeutic intervention scores,management status scores,diagnostic intelligence scores,helping role scores,and ensuring quality scores were higher than those before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,nurses'scientific research ability,teaching activities and clinical practice ability scores were higher than the corresponding scores before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,nurses'ratings of the content of the training program,the quality of the training program,the practicality of the training program,the difficulty of the training program,teacher performance,and satisfaction scores were higher than the corresponding scores before the training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training program based on the core competencies of specialist nurses can effectively improve the comprehensive capabilities and core literacy of operating room nurses,and can provide guidance for future training models of specialist nurses.
