Effectiveness of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with yoga exercise in patients with postpartum rectus abdominis separation
Objective To explore the effects of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with yoga exercise on rectus abdominis muscle electromyography value,back pain in patients with diastasis recti abdominis(DRA).Methods 130 postpartum DRA patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Fuzhou from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects,to divided into the observation group and the control group according to the principle of the basic characteristics between the groups were comparable,with 65 cases in each group.The control group implemented conventional nursing intervention+biomimetic electrical stimulation,and the observation group implemented conventional nursing intervention+biomimetic electrical stimulation+yoga exercise.The initial intervention time was 5 weeks.The patients'DRA interral,rectus abdominis EMG values and back pain were assessed before nursing intervention,at 2 weeks and 5 weeks of intervention.Results During the intervention,2 cases in the observation group voluntarily withdrew from the study,and 1 case in the control group discontinued the study after developing other diseases.63 cases were finally included in the observation group and 64 cases in the control group.Observation of the DRA interral of patients in the two groups before the intervention,at 2 weeks and 5 weeks of the intervention,the results showed that all indicators in the three time points of the observation subjects in the two groups showed a gradual decrease trend,and the difference between the times was statistically significant(P<0.05).All indicators in the observation group were lower than that of the control group at 2 weeks and 5 weeks of the intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was gradually increased with the prolongation of the observation time,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the 2 week is the highest,and the difference between the groups over time was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observe the rectus abdominis muscle electromyography values of the two groups of patients before intervention,at 2 weeks and 5 weeks of intervention,and the results show that the indicators of the three time points of the two groups of observation subjects show a trend of gradual increase,and the difference between the time is statistically significant(P<0.05);the indicators of the two weeks and 5 weeks of intervention are higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference is gradually increasing with the prolongation of the observation time,the difference between groups with time is statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference gradually increased,the difference between the groups over time was statistically significant(P<0.05).Observe the VAS scores of the two groups of patients before intervention,at 2 weeks and 5 weeks of intervention,the results show that the VAS scores of the three time points of the two groups of observation subjects showed a trend of gradual decrease,and the difference between the time was statistically significant(P<0.05);at 2 weeks and 5 weeks of intervention,all the indicators were lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),with the prolongation of the observation time,the difference between the two groups gradually increased,and the difference between the groups over time was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of biomimetic electrical stimulation combined with yoga exercise intervention program in postpartum DRA rehabilitation care can shorten the distance of DRA,increase the value of rectus abdominis muscle electromyography,and reduce the degree of back pain.
