Construction of quality evaluation indicators for cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopy
Objective To construct quality evaluation standard for cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopes,and to provide reference for objective evaluation of cleaning and disinfection effect of digestive endoscopes.Methods From February to June 2022,based on the three-dimensional quality model of"structure-process-results",the first draft of quality evaluation indexes for cleaning and disinfection of gastrointestinal endoscopes was formulated through literature review and semi-structured interviews,after two rounds of Delphi experts'correspondence on the basis of interview,followed the principles of screening indexes,after group discussion,the indexes were evaluated.After the group discussion,the indicators formed in the 2 rounds of correspondence were added,modified or deleted,and finally formed the formal quality evaluation indicators of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection,and the importance of each indicator was analyzed by hierarchical analysis,and to evalue the expert's judgment result and assign the weight.Results 20 questionnaires were distributed for each of the 2 rounds of expert correspondence,and all were effectively recovered with a recovery rate of 100%,indicating a high degree of positivity of the experts.The coefficient of authority of the experts for each of the 2 rounds of correspondence was 0.89,indicating that the results were credible.The coefficients of variation for each of the 2 rounds of expert correspondence were<0.25,and the coefficients of Kendall's harmony were 0.234 and 0.385(respectively P<0.05),indicating a high degree of consistency as well as a high degree of coordination.The final quality evaluation index system of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection includes 3 first-level indexes,12 second-level indexes,and 52 third-level indexes.Conclusion The quality evaluation indexes of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection are comprehensive and targeted,which could not only control the quality of endoscopes from the whole process of endoscopy management and use,but also standardize the clinical practice of clinical endoscopy nurses,among which the structural indexes are mainly human resources,the pretreatment method is an important content of the process indexes,and the quality of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfecting is focus on the evaluation of the result indexes,provide a good opportunity for the clinical practice and the training of digestive endoscopy nurse specialists had the reference.
