Evaluation of multi-track specialist care under motivational-behavioral transformation on the quality of postoperative rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage
Objective To explore the application effect of multi-track specialist care under motivational-behavioral transformation on the quality of postoperative rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected.Following the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 cases each. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group received multi-track specialist care mode under motivational-behavioral transformation. The differences in psychological resilience, recovery status of neurological function[calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP),insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)],inflammation[serum recombinant human arginase 1(ARG1),NF-E2-related factor(Nrf2),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)],predictors of intracranial infection[nuclear transcription factor(NF)-kB,soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R)],and nursing satisfaction between the two groups of patients were compared. Results After intervention, the CD-RISC scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the CGRP value in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and IGF-1 and BDNF values were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Arg1,TNF-α and Nrf2 values of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the NF-kB and sIL-2R values of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Postoperative intervention with multi-track specialist care under motivational-behavioral transformation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can mobilize positive psychological of patients'postoperative rehabilitation, thereby facilitating the regulation of inflammatory factor in the body, promoting the recovery of neurological function, preventing and controlling intracranial infection, and improving nursing satisfaction.
