Effect of 4F management combined with feed-forward control on the recent rehabilitation of patients after intracranial aneurysm surgery
Objective To analyze the impact of full weather, full process, full system, and full service 4F management combined with feed-forward control on the recent postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm surgery, and to provide reference for improving the recent postoperative prognosis of patients. Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm surgery in hospital from August 2019 to August 2022 were selected.Following the principle of comparability of baseline data between groups, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 cases each. The control group implemented 4F management intervention on the basis of routine nursing, while the observation group implemented 4F management combined with feed-forward control nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups of patients.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)were used to evaluate anxiety, depression, motor function, and quality of life before and after intervention in each group. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the FMA and GQOL-74 scores of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of 4F management combined with feed-forward control intervention in patients undergoing intracranial aneurysm surgery can alleviate patients'anxiety, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, improve postoperative motor function and quality of life, and enhance the patient's recent postoperative rehabilitation effect.
