Analysis of the statue quo of fertility anxiety and the influencing factors in patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum in childbearing age
Objective To understand the current situation of fertility anxiety in patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum during childbearing age and analyze the influencing factors.Methods 210 cases of cesarean section scar diverticulum patients of childbearing age admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected.Patients baseline data and related examination indicators were collected,the General Information Questionnaire and the Fertility Anxiety Scale were applied to operate the research.Effective questionnaires were collected and analyzed using SPSS 20.0 statistic software according to the patient's fertility anxiety score,and univariate and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the relevant influencing factors.Results A total of 210 questionnaires were distributed,and 192 valid questionnaires were recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 91.43%,of which the patient's total fertility anxiety score was 51.56±11.02 points.The results of the regression analysis showed that the age(≤30 years old),educational level(college and above),fertility willingness(yes),marital status(first marriage or remarriage),current number of children(0 or 1),uterine position(posterior position),and diverticular depth(9 mm)of the two groups were influencing factors for fertility anxiety in patients with cesarean scar diverticula in the reproductive age group(P<0.05),and finally entered the regression equation,which could explain 68.70%of the total variation in fertility anxiety level.Conclusion Fertility anxiety in patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum in childbearing age is at a moderately high level.In clinical work,nurses should pay attention to the occurrence of fertility anxiety in patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum during childbearing age,attention should be paid and according to the influencing factors of the patient's influence on the occurrence of fertility anxiety,and give appropriate nursing interventions.For patients with cesarean section scar diverticulum during childbearing age who have the desire to have children,they should meet the fertility information needs,fertility protection technology needs and emotional support,reduce the level of fertility anxiety,improve the patient's quality of life and maintain the patient's mental health.
