Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of clinical nurses'overall humanistic nursing perception
Objective Based on the questionnaire survey of 1,765 respondents,to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of the overall humanistic nursing perception of clinical nurses in Hezhou medical institutions,so as to provide a basis for promoting the humanistic care of clinical nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,765 clinical nurses in Hezhou medical institutions by using general demographic data and the clinical nurses'overall humanistic care perception scale to understand the clinical nurses'perception of overall humanistic care in six aspects:department leaders and colleagues,family relatives,classmates/friends/peers,hospital mangers,patients and their families.Through descriptive analysis,univariate and multivariate analysis methods,clinical nurses'overall humanistic care perception scores and related influencing factors were studied.Results A total of 1800 questionnaires were distributed,and 1765 questionnaires were effectively recovered,with an effective recovery rate of 98.06%.The average perception score of clinical nurses for humanistic care was 139.68±32.38 points,the average score of scale items was 3.86±0.90 points,and the total score rate was 77.60%.The results of univariate and multiple linear regression analysis showed that clinical nurses'academic qualifications,hiring methods,whether they have received humanistic care training,and the level of their hospital were the main factors affecting the clinical nurses'overall humanistic care perception score.Conclusion The overall humanistic care perception of clinical nurses is at the upper middle level.It is recommended that Hezhou medical institutions strengthen humanistic construction,improve the income distribution and promotion mechanism of clinical nurses,pay attention to humanistic care of nurses,implement humanized management,and give nurses more support,encouragement and psychological counseling.Meanwhile,psychologists should be organized regularly to improve the level of humanistic care perception of nurses.
