Effect of psychological intervention based on the concept of emotional release on uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients
Objective To explore the effects of psychological intervention based on the concept of emotional release on anticipatory sadness,cooperation and nutritional status of uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods 90 cases of uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients who received treatment in the hospital from March 2021 to January 2023 were selected as research subjects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care for uremia maintenance hemodialysis,and the observation group was given psychological intervention based on the concept of emotional release on the basis of the control group,both groups were intervened for 4 weeks and followed up for 3 months.The two groups were compared in terms of anticipatory sadness,cooperation,nutritional status,treatment fatigue and self-management ability.Results Before the nursing intervention,the comparison of the scores of the dimensions of anticipatory sadness scale,therapeutic fatigue,and self-management ability of the patients in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing intervention,patients in the observation group had lower scores on the premonitory sadness scale than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores and total scores of the four dimensions of dietary compliance,fluid intake compliance,medication compliance,and dialysis regimen compliance on the treatment compliance scale were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the overall nutritional status was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the severity in the Chinese version of the Chronic Disease Treatment Functional Assessment-Fatigue Scale and emotional dimensions,sensory dimensions,cognitive emotions,and total scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),positive emotional efficacy and negative emotional efficacy scores in the Chinese version of the Self-Management Efficacy Scale for Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on the concept of emotional release could effectively improve the anticipatory sadness of uremic maintenance hemodialysis patients,improve treatment adherence and nutritional level,improve fatigue symptoms,and enhance self-management ability.
