Effect of Ashrid training model in the application of otolaryngology nursing departments scientific research training
Objective To explore the effect of the application of Ashrid training model in nursing research training in otorhinolaryngology department,to improve the training method of nursing research and improve the research ability of clinical nurses. Methods 79 clinical nurses trained in the otolaryngology department of the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the control group, and the conventional nursing research training method was adopted.Another 70 clinical nurses trained from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group, the discrete phase, integration phase of the Ashrid training model were used,Focusing phase into the research training process, set up a nursing research project management team in the department, designed the research training programme for each phase, and gave different training contents and focuses in different phases. The t-test was used to compare the mean values of the self-assessment indicators of research atmosphere, research ability, research pressure, research anxiety and research performance between the two groups. Results The differences between the two groups in research pressure, research anxiety, research ability and research performance were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the training, the research atmosphere, research ability and research performance scores of the nurses in both groups were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference between the research stress and research anxiety scores of the nurses in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The research training programme designed based on the Ashrid training model can create a research atmosphere in clinical departments, improve nurses'research ability and research performance, and provide the effective method for improving nursing research training.
