Intervention effect of the personalized nursing guided by evidence-based concept on the compliance behavior and psychological state of tumor patients undergoing immune combined with targeted therapy
Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing guided by evidence-based concept on compliance behavior and psychological state of tumor patients undergoing immune combined with targeted therapy. Methods A total of 120 tumor patients receiving immune-targeted therapy at the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected.According to the principle of comparability in basic characteristics between groups, they were divided into a control group and an observation group with 60 cases each. The control group implemented routine nursing care, and the observation group implemented personalized nursing guided by evidence-based practice. The differences in quality of life,cancer-related fatigue,self-perceived burden, psychological state, nutritional indicators, compliance behavior, and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups of patients before and after nursing care were compared. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life scores,cancer-related fatigue scores, and self-perceived burden between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing, the quality of life score of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the cancer-related fatigue score, emotional burden and physical burden in self-perceived burden were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in economic burden between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in psychological state and nutritional indicators between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After nursing, the Self-rating Depression Scale and Self-rating Anxiety Scale scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the hemoglobin and serum albumin were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The personalized nursing guided by the evidence-based concept can improve the quality of life,cancer-related fatigue, and self-perceived burden of tumor patients undergoing immune combined with targeted therapy, and alleviate negative emotions and nutritional status of patients, thereby enhancing patients'compliance behavior and reducing the incidence of adverse reaction events.
