Application of Eysenck personality theory in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia
Objective To explore the application effect of Eysenck personality theory in the nursing of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in the Third People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from February 2021 to February 23 were selected as the study subjects, according to the principle of comparability of study objects, between groups, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 40 patients in each group.During the study,1 patient in the control group withdrew and 1 dropped out,2 patients in the observation group were excluded, and 38 patients were eventually included in both groups. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given diversified nursing intervention based on the Eysenck personality classification on the basis of the routine nursing of the control group. The two groups of patients were intervened for a total of 3 months. The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale, the self-management scale for schizophrenia patients, and the social function deficiency screening scale were used to compare the symptom control, social function, and self-management ability of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Results After the nursing intervention, the scores of positive symptoms, negative symptoms and general psychiatric symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing intervention, the self-management behavior score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the social function deficiency screening scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified care for schizophrenia patients based on Eysenck personality classification could be precisely intervened according to the patient's personality classification type to improve the patient's own symptom control effect, improve self-management behavior and its clinical symptoms, and reduce the degree of social function deficiency of patients.
