Effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with solution-focused model on the psychological status and health behavior of patients with stroke in recovery period
Objective To analyze the impact of traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with solution-focused model psychological status and health behavior of patients with stroke in recovery period.Methods A total of 140 patients with stroke in recovery period received by Harbin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group following the principle of comparability of basic characteristics between groups,with 70 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention,while patients in the observation group received Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with solution-focused model.The psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score],health behavior[Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile-II(HPLP-II)],and motor function[Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA)]of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared.Results After 3 months of intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of patients in the observation group on health responsibility,nutrition,self-actualization,interpersonal relationships,exercise,and stress management were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the upper and lower limbs motor function scores of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine emotional intervention combined with the focus solution model in the clinical nursing of stroke reconvalescent yields better results.It can improve the patient's psychological state,enhance their health behaviors,and promote the recovery of motor functions.
