Influencing factors analysis of postoperative motor fear in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To investigate the current status of postoperative motor fear levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction and analyze related influencing factors. Methods 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the survey subjects. The general information questionnaire and The Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia Heart(TSK-SV Heart)were used to investigate the current status.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the relevant factors affecting the level of exercise fear of patients. Results The results of the survey showed that the total score of exercise fear in patients with acute myocardial infarction was 46.30±6.15 points, the scores in each dimension were 14.52±2.83 points for exercise avoidance,12.42±2.76 points for exercise fear,9.71±1.57 points for dysfunction, and 9.65±1.58 points for risk perception. The results of the univariate analysis showed that age, occupation, combined heart failure, postoperative time, primary caregiver, comorbidity, and pain score were all relevant factors affecting exercise fear in patients with acute myocardial infarction after surgery(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, combined heart failure, postoperative time, primary caregiver, and pain score were all factors affecting exercise fear in patients with acute myocardial infarction after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative exercise fear score of patients with acute myocardial infarction is 46.30±6.15 points.Patients with acute myocardial infarction who are elderly, combined with heart failure, short postoperative time,no or primary caregivers are nursing workers, and have high pain scores are more prone to exercise fear. The clinical doctors and nurses should pay attention to the postoperative psychological experience of patients with acute myocardial infarction and strengthen the assessment of exercise fear level. From the above factors, targeted improvement and management strategies should be formulated to improve the self-efficacy of patients with acute myocardial infarction, help them overcome exercise fear, and improve the recovery effect.
