Bibliometric analysis of cardiac rehabilitation care for patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To analyse the research status and problems of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in domestic coronary heart disease based on the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database and other databases,to provide references for future clinical practice nursing.Methods In the Chinese core journals of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and Wipo database,searched the relevant literature about coronary heart disease cardiac rehabilitation with the keywords"coronary heart disease"and"cardiac rehabilitation",and used CiteSpace to analyse the research status and problems of coronary heart disease cardiac rehabilitation care in China from 2001 to 2011.CiteSpace was used to perform descriptive statistical analysis of the number of papers retrieved from January 2001 to December 2022,the year of publication and citation,funding status,author analysis,and distribution of research content.Results 388 papers were included in this study,and the number of papers issued in 2014 began to show a significant upward trend,the J ournal of Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine is the journal that publishes the most cardiac rehabilitation,and there were a total of 86 fund-supported papers,of which the national and provincial fund-supported accounted for 8.25%and 7.73%,respectively.The authors with the highest frequency of publications were LIU Xun and SHI Xiaoming,both with 8 publications,and the studies focused on exercise therapy,current status and development trends,and rehabilitation influencing factors,while the number of publications on patient psychological interventions,rehabilitation adherence,information needs of primary caregivers,disease experience,research on perceptual barriers,and interdisciplinary rehabilitation interventions was relatively small.Conclusion Based on the results of the bibliometric evaluation,cardiac rehabilitation nursing research in China has received increasing attention,and the Internet+hospital-family-community tertiary rehabilitation,multidisciplinary cooperation in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation,and the establishment of a training model for cardiac rehabilitation nurses that suits China's national conditions are the main hotspots of research,and a sound cardiac rehabilitation nursing model has not yet been formed in China and the quality of interventional research needs to be improved.
