Application value of cognitive-exercise dual-guided therapy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis obesity sarcopenia
Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive-exercise dual-guided therapy in patients with maintenance hemodialysis obesity sarcopenia. Methods 115 patients with maintenance hemodialysis obesity sarcopenia in Shangrao People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups,57 patients were divided into the control group and 58 patients were divided into the observation group. The control group was given routine care and training, and the observation group was given cognitive-exercise dual-guided therapy. The physical function-related indicators, daily activity ability and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After the intervention, the improvement effect of grip strength, skeletal muscle quality and walking speed in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement effect of life ability, balance and mobility in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The life quality score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive-exercise dual-guided therapy had high advantages and feasibility in improving the physical function, daily activity ability and quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis obesity sarcopenia patients,it is worthy of clinical application and improvement.
