Application effect of the"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model in patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis
Objective To explore the application effect of"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model in haemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 160 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research object, they were divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of comparability of basic data,80 cases in each group,All the patients were treated with haemodialysis, and the control group used conventional nursing interventions, while the observation group adopt the"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model of intervention, the kidney function score,self-management ability level score, quality of life score of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention. To compare the renal function score,self-management ability level score, quality of life score before and after the intervention of the two groups of patients,to compare the incidence of dialysis-related complications and the degree of satisfaction with the intervention measures of the two groups of patients. Results Before the intervention of"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of renal function indexes,self-management ability and quality of life scores(P>0.05).After the intervention of"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model, the ET,BUN and Scr levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of dietary management, adherence management, symptom management and daily life management of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention of"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the scores of psychological function, somatic function, social function and material life of patients in the observation group were higher than those of the control group after the intervention of"Internett+medical and nursing integrated"model, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of dialysis-related complications in patients of the observation group implementing the"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction of the observation group implementing the"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model was higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Internet+medical and nursing integrated"model could improve the level of renal function of haemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy, improve self-management ability and quality of life of patients, reduce dialysis-related complications, and enhance the patients'satisfaction.
