Establishment and application of a quality evaluation index system for rapid rehabilitation care of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer
Objective To establish a quality evaluation index system for rapid rehabilitation nursing care of lung cancer thoracoscopy patients and to value the application effect.Methods The quality evaluation indexes of rapid rehabilitation nursing care for lung cancer thoracoscopy patients were obtained by literature analysis method,and the indexes were screened and revised by Delphi method of expert correspondence,according to which the quality evaluation index system of rapid rehabilitation nursing care for lung cancer thoracoscopy patients was established.55 cases each of lung cancer thoracoscopy patients admitted to Ezhou Central Hospital of Hubei Province from January 2021 to February 2022 and from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and the index system for evaluating the quality of rapid rehabilitation nursing care for lung cancer thoracoscopy patients was applied from March 2022 onwards,and conventional nursing care was applied before general nursing management,according to the index system before and after the application were divided into control group,observation group,compare the two groups of patients rehabilitation effect and nursing satisfaction.Results The recovery rates of two rounds of correspondence questionnaires were 94.12%and 100%,the degree of expert authority was 0.850 and 0.881,and the Kendall's harmony coefficients of the coordination degree of the correspondence opinions were 0.427(χ2=31.842,P<0.001)and 0.474(χ2=52.018,P<0.001),respectively,and the constructed nursing care for rapid rehabilitation of patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer The quality evaluation index system contains 3 first-level indicators,7 second-level indicators,and 41 third-level indicators,and the coefficient of variation is 0.06～0.13.The application of the evaluation index system shows that the evaluation of each rehabilitation index of the patients in the observation group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the evaluation of nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group is higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality evaluation index system of rapid rehabilitation nursing care for patients with lung cancer thoracoscopy has excellent scientific and reliability performance,and the application in the clinic could realise the continuous evaluation and improvement of the quality of rapid rehabilitation nursing care for patients with lung cancer thoracoscopy,which could promote the patients'rapid postoperative recovery and help to improve nursing satisfaction.
