目的 人口老龄化程度加深,在社会对老年护理人才数量和质量需求增加的背景下,揭示影响老年护理实践教学的主要因素,探索促进老年护理实践教学的主要策略.方法 在中国知网、万方医学网、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普中文科技期刊、PubMed、Web of Science等数据库中检索我国老年护理实践教学相关文献23篇,以国际护理临床模拟教学协会(International Nursing Association of Clinical Simulation Learning,INACSL)制定的最佳实践标准(以下称INACSL标准)中的4个核心板块为理论框架,采用定向内容分析法,分析影响老年护理实践教学的主要因素.结果 编码结果与预定义的子类别比对,发现23个分析单元对4个核心板块中的"反应评估""构建阶段性目标""能胜任的引导者""指导方法与学习者相匹配""预先设定教学线索""具备胜任力的引导反馈者""有益于学习的环境""全程参与实践教学的教师进行引导反馈""遵循理论框架进行引导性反馈""引导性反馈与实践教学的目标和成效一致""形成性评价"和"高风险性评价"12条标准的遵循度低,占比分别为43.48%、17.39%、43.48%、39.13%、30.43%、39.13%、56.52%、39.13%、0.00%、43.48%、43.48%、4.35%.结论 基于INACSL标准的4个核心板块,本研究发现我国老年护理实践教学需注重学生的满意度评估、老年护理师资的建设、教学引导方法的实施、教学评价方式的选择等.
Analysis of teaching content and strategy construction of elderly nursing practice under the framework of INACSL standards
Objective To discover the main factors affecting the teaching of elderly nursing practice and explore the main strategies for promoting the teaching of elderly nursing practice in the context of the increasing demand for the number and quality of elderly nursing personnel in society due to the deepening of the aging of the population.Methods To select 23 articles related to elderly nursing practice teaching in China in the databases of China National Knowledge Infratructure,Wanfang Med Online,SinoMed,China Science And Technology Journal Database,PubMed,Web of Science,etc.The four core sections of the best practice standards(hereinafter referred to as INACSL standards)formulated by the International Nursing Association of Clinical Simulation Learning(INACSL)were taken as the theoretical framework,and the main factors affecting the teaching of elderly nursing practice were analyzed using the targeted content analysis method.Results The coding results were compared with the predefined subcategories,23 analytical units showed compliance with the 12 criteria of"response assessment","building milestones","competent facilitators","guiding methods match learners","preset teaching leads","competent facilitator feedbackers","conducive environment for learning","teachers involved in the whole process of practical teaching conduct guiding feedback","guiding feedback follows the theoretical framework for guiding feedback","guiding feedback is consistent with the goals and results of practical teaching","formative evaluation"and"high-risk evaluation",accounting for 43.48%,17.39%,43.48%,39.13%,30.43%,39.13%,56.52%,39.13%,0.00%,43.48%,43.48%,and 4.35%,respectively.Conclusion teaching guidance methods,and the selection of teaching evaluation methods.
