Key Technologies and Applications for Real-Scene 3D Visualization in Subway Engineering Based on GIS and BIM Technologies
This study addresses the challenges in visual management of subway engineering projects, including insufficient model refinement, inadequate data integration and display, and a lack of authenticity in visualization.GIS and BIM technologies are proposed as solutions for real-scene 3D construction visualization in subway projects. The research first establishes a framework for developing a real-scene 3D visualization platform for subway engineering, analyzing key technologies such as data integration and fusion, dynamic hierarchical loading, model lightweighting, and display.Subsequently,a case study of the Shenzhen Metro Line 14 project is presented, focusing on the construction and functional application of the real-scene 3D visualization platform. The case study includes engineering construction management maps, spatial analysis visualization,multi-view scene navigation, and BIM visualization and attribute queries. This approach facilitates the integration of multi-source heterogeneous data and models, providing multi-scale real-scene 3D visualization and offering robust support for project management and decision-making.
