基于数字孪生的智慧建筑综合管控技术研究

针对建筑楼宇设备专业繁多、运营管控不直观、能耗高及"数据孤岛"现象严重等问题,本文开展了基于BIM技术、物联网及数字孪生的智慧楼宇综合管控技术研究.利用BIM技术真实还原建筑的全要素虚拟场景,集成各专业设备的海量实时数据,并与物联网数据有效融合,实现对建筑的可视化和智能化管控.本文总结了一套基于数字孪生技术的智慧建筑综合管控解决方案,研究结果表明该方案能够有效提升建筑运营效率,彻底解决"数据孤岛"问题,具有良好的推广应用价值.
Research on Integrated Management and Control Technology of Smart Buildings Based on Digital Twins
To address the issues of numerous building equipment specialties,non-intuitive operation and control,high energy consumption,and the severe"data silo"phenomenon,this study explores the comprehensive control technology for smart buildings based on BIM,Internet of Things(IoT),and digital twins.BIM technology is used to realistically restore the virtual scene of all building elements,integrating massive real-time data from various specialized equipment,and effectively combining it with IoT data to achieve building visualization and intelligent control.This paper summarizes a comprehensive control solution for smart buildings based on digital twin technology.The results show that this solution effectively im-proves building operation efficiency,completely eliminates"data silos,"and has significant potential for broader application.
