Based on the perspective of TIS quality risk control institutions and the relevant policies of government departments at various levels,this paper analyzes the current situation of IDI implementation and the existing problems of TIS organizations in China from four stages:investigation and design stage,construction stage,completion stage and reexamination stage.The implementation scheme of applying BIM technology to TIS organization is put forward,which can be used for reference to improve the management service ability of TIS organization.
