Abstract
Starting from analyzing the traditional model to select super local executive managing officials and their cooperative leading groups, according to the theory of neural network and fuzzy math, combining with artificial intelligence, the paper forwards a new model of collective decision support system based on neural network, and analyzes some problems of selection.
