As the focus and difficulty of the Reginal Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP)negotiation, agricultural product trade is becoming the focus of academic research. This paper applies social network analysis methods to analyze the trade relations of agricultural products in RCEP member countries, and quantifies the overall network attributes and node attributes to investigate the dynamic evolution characteristics of the agricultural trade network since the RCEP agreement was put forward. Then it applies the basic trade unit analysis and the identification of trade zones to further explore the internal microstructure of the network and its dynamic changes. Finally the Quadratic Assignment Problem(QAP)model is used to analyze potential influence factors. The research finds that the agricultural product trade network of RCEP member countries has gradually formed an operable evolutionary trend that gathers many parties and forms multiple centers. The closeness and linkages of the RCEP agricultural product trade network have been increasing gradually, and the extension relation in the network structure has promoted the existence and development of agricultural trade zones from a dynamic perspective. Moreover, the heterogeneous effects of various factors on the above processes have also been confirmed such as the agricultural resource endowment, country demand scale, and cultural background, whereas the condition of country adjacency inhibits the processes.China has achieved a prominent intermediary position in the agricultural product trade network due to the advantage in quantity, but it still has a long way to go before it grows into a dominant country and a central country in agricultural trade.
