数字金融如何影响我国区域性金融风险——基于空间杜宾模型的分析

摘要
数字金融的发展为我国传统金融业带来新的机遇和挑战,数字金融的跨区特性加大了区域金融风险隐患.本文基于我国2011-2019年省级经验数据,构建区域金融风险综合指数,研究数字金融对区域金融风险的影响.研究发现,区域内金融风险同时受到本区域内和相邻区域数字金融发展的双重影响;数字金融发展对区域内金融风险存在激化作用,对区域外金融风险存在跨区域抑制作用;在上述两方面共同作用下,数字金融发展最终抑制了区域金融风险.同时,数字金融通过推动地方科技创新促进产业结构优化升级缓解区域金融风险,通过加剧地区金融竞争激化区域金融风险.最后,东部地区数字金融发展对其区域金融风险的抑制作用较中、西部地区更为显著.本文研究结论可为相关部门制定金融稳定政策,继续推动数字化发展战略,实现我国金融高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
The development of digital finance has brought new opportunities and challenges to China's traditional financial industry,and the cross-regional characteristics of digital finance have increased the risks and hidden dangers of regional finance.Based on the construction of the regional financial risk composite index,this paper studies the impact of China's digital finance on regional financial risk with the provincial empirical data from 2011 to 2019.The research finds that intra-regional financial risks are simultaneously affected by the development of digital finance in the region and adjacent regions.The development of digital finance in the region will intensify its financial risks while the cross-regional spillover effect of the development of digital finance in adjacent regions suppresses the financial risks in the region,regional financial risks are suppressed after these dual effects.Further research finds that digital finance alleviates regional financial risks by promoting local scientific and technological innovation and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and intensifies regional financial risks by intensifying regional financial competition.Finally,the development of digital finance in the eastern region has a more prominent inhibitory effect on its regional financial risks than that in the central and western regions.The research conclusions of this paper can provide reference for relevant departments to formulate financial stability policies,continue to promote digital development strategies,and achieve high-quality financial development in China.
