中国在RCEP区域的国际产业融合:多维特征与影响因素
China's International Industrial Integration in the RCEP Region:Multidimensional Features and Influencing Factors

推动中国在全球尤其是《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)区域的国际产业融合,有助于畅通国际经济外循环,为强化国内经济大循环提供必要的产业基础.本文利用亚洲开发银行发布的多区域投入产出表,量化分析2000-2020年中国在RCEP区域的国际产业融合程度与地位,并基于引力方程模型探究其背后的影响因素.研究发现,第一,RCEP成员国的国际产业融合关系日趋活跃,但普遍缺乏传递性与互惠性;第二,中国在RCEP区域的国际产业融合广度、深度和强度均显著提升,但从支撑与被支撑关系来看,RCEP对中国产业链发展的支撑作用明显更强,而且中国更倾向于融入发达国家的产业链;第三,中国在RCEP国际产业融合网络中的控制力中心地位和影响力中心地位均显著提升,且内向引进融合地位明显高于外向支撑融合地位;第四,中国在RCEP区域的国际产业融合程度与地位受国家经济规模、地理距离、共同语言、领土接壤、区域贸易协定以及突发公共卫生事件等因素的影响,其中区域贸易协定的正向作用显著强于突发公共卫生事件的负向作用.
Abstract
Promoting China's international industrial integration in the world,especially in the RCEP region,will not only help smooth the international circulation of economy,but also provide the necessary industrial foundation for strengthening the domestic circulation of economy.By using the ADB-MRIOTs,this paper quantifies the degree and status of China's international industrial integration in RCEP from 2000 to 2020,and explores the influencing factors based on the gravity equation model.Firstly,despite the increasingly active international industrial integration relations among RCEP member countries,there is still a general lack of transitivity and reciprocity.Secondly,China's international industrial integration in RCEP has significantly increased in breadth,depth and intensity.However,from the relationship between the supporting and the supported,RCEP plays a stronger supporting role in the development of China's industrial chain,and China prefers to integrate into the developed countries'industrial chain.Thirdly,China's status as the control center and influence center in the international industrial integration network in RCEP has been significantly improved,and its status of inward gravitation is significantly higher than that of outward support.Forthly,the degree and status of China's international industrial integration in RCEP are influenced by the country economic scale,geographical distance,common language,territorial adjacency,regional trade agreements and public health emergencies,among which the positive effect of regional trade agreements is significantly stronger than the negative effect of public health emergencies.
