企业数字化集群效应的实证研究——来自沪深A股上市公司的经验证据

摘要
本文利用2007-2022年我国A股上市公司数据,以同一城市内企业间地理距离和数字化转型程度衡量企业数字化集群程度,实证检验了企业数字化集群程度对企业数字化转型的影响.研究结果表明,数字化集群程度与企业数字化转型显著正相关,即存在企业数字化集群效应.进一步经济效应分析发现,企业数字化集群能够通过企业数字化转型提高企业的生产组织绩效及创新动能,释放正向的经济效应.异质性分析表明,良好的知识产权保护环境和较低的银行业集中度有利于数字化集群效应的释放,且数字化集群效应对于不同科技属性和行业竞争地位企业的数字化转型均能够发挥促进作用.总体而言,本文揭示了数字化集群效应的存在,并对其正向经济效应进行检验,为我国加快制定数字经济集群式发展政策提供经验证据和参考.
Abstract
Taking a sample of Chinese A-share listed enterprises from 2007 to 2022,measuring enterprises'digital cluster with the geographical distance between enterprises and each enterprise's degree of digital transformation,this study empirically investigates the impact of digital cluster on individual enterprise's digital transformation.The study results find that digital cluster significantly improves enterprises'digital transformation,indicating the existence of digital cluster effect.Further economic effect analysis shows that digital cluster can exert positive economic effects.In addition,heterogeneous analysis indicates that the digital cluster effect depends on the betterment of intelligence protection and the relaxation of financial environment,and can exert positive effect on digital transformation for enterprises with different technological background and industrial competitiveness.In general,this study reveals the existence of digital cluster effect,and examines its positive economic effects.The findings of this study can provide supportive evidence and reference value for the government to issue policies promoting the cluster development of digital economy.
