收入视角下我国共同富裕指数的测算与分解——基于CFPS数据

科学、准确地测算共同富裕水平对扎实推动共同富裕意义重大.本文基于收入视角和微观个体年收入数据,提出一种新的共同富裕指数测算方法,建立共同富裕指数、总体富裕指数以及共享富裕效率之间的直接联系.基于微观数据进行实证分析,得出如下结论.我国共同富裕指数总体上呈现不断增长态势,每两年平均增长29.782%,其中总体富裕指数增长是主要推动力.东部地区共同富裕指数高于中部地区,中部地区共同富裕指数高于西部地区;所有地区通过收入分配制度改革,能够大幅提升共同富裕水平.东部地区、中部地区和西部地区共同富裕指数每两年分别增长30.524%、27.397%和31.335%.从地区共同富裕水平差距来看,东部和中部的差距,以及东部和西部的差距均呈现扩大变化趋势,尤其是东部和西部差距较大.本文为我国扎实推进共同富裕示范区提供依据.
Abstract
It is very significant to improve the measurement soundness and accuracy of common prosperity.Based on the micro individual income data,a new common prosperity index measurement and decomposition method is put forward from the perspective of income,through which the direct relationship between common prosperity index,overall prosperity index and shared prosperity efficiency is established.An empirical analysis on the micro data of CFPS is carried out in this paper.The conclusion can be drawn as follows:firstly,China's common prosperity index shows an increasing trend,with a growth of 29.782% every two years,of which the overall prosperity index is the main driving force.Secondly,the common prosperity index of the eastern region is higher than that of the central region,and the central region is higher than that of the western region;through the reform of income distribution system,common prosperity index can be increased substantially in all regions.The common prosperity index in the eastern,central and western regions increases by 30.524%,27.397% and 31.335% respectively every two years.The common prosperity index gap between the eastern and central regions,and between the eastern and western regions shows an expanding trend on the whole,especially with a huge gap between the eastern and western regions.This paper provides a basis for China to solidly promote common prosperity.
