New Dynamics in India's Blue Economy Practices:Driving Factors,Role Shaping,and Spatial Expansion
Ocean is a strategic place for high-quality development,and blue economy has become an emer-ging idea.Many countries have formulated their own blue economy development strategies and actively car-ried out blue economy practice.In terms of the blue foundation,blue growth and blue governance,India is actively developing the blue economy and seeking to build itself into a leading blue economy,an active ad-vocate of the blue economy and a primary partner of the blue economy in the Indian Ocean region.India has also actively expanded the development space,relational space and discourse space of its blue economy through measures such as blue economic diplomacy.According to the theory of international practice,India's blue economy practice is an appropriate performance action.This is based on different kinds of knowl-edge,being influenced by India's own factors and external environmental factors.India's blue economy practice still faces many challenges.The importance of the Indian Ocean region in the Global South is in-creasingly prominent,and the blue economy may become a new paradigm for the development of marine e-conomy in this region.At present,India has constructed a competitive narrative logic for China,while the cooperation between China and India in the field of blue economy remains uncertain.But,there is much room for deepening the cooperation between China and many countries around the Indian Ocean.
