Influence of Water Stress on Root Growth and Response of Hydrotropism Mutant rhe2 Root
The increased hydrotropic responses in the root of rhe2 were studied by using NMT.Results showed that the roots of rhe2 could keep the relatively stable flow direction and rate of H+ (proton).During the physiological process of root hydrotropism,hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and auxin (IAA) maybe play important roles in maintaining root growth and its signal transduction.
