Analysis on growth- promoting ability and phylogeny with rice seed associated bacteria
In this paper, 15 seed associated strains isolated from rice (Oryza saliva L. Subsp. Japonica 90-3) seeds were studied by means of phylogenetic analysis of 16S rRNA gene and detection the abilities of phosphate solubilization, Indole -3 -Acetic Acid (IAA) secretion and siderophores biosynthesis. The main results were as follows; all the tested strains were able to dissolved inorganic phosphorus, and insoluble organic P; Six strains could secrete IAA obviously; The siderophore production of seven strains reached moderate level. The tested strains were be longing to the genus of Rhizobium, Citrobacter, Xan-thomonas, Psedomonas, Bacillus, Pantoea, Microbacterium and Moraxella according to 16S rRNA gene phylogenetic analysis.
