减磷施肥配施生物炭对南方酸性稻作土壤磷素形态的影响

针对南方酸性稻作土壤专性吸附和固定磷素能力强的问题,采用微区试验,以正常施磷(75 kg/hm2)不施生物炭为对照,探讨不同磷肥水平(P2O5 75、60、45、30 kg/hm2)和生物炭配施(40、60、80 t/hm2)对土壤不同形态磷素含量的影响。结果表明:(1)减磷施肥配施生物炭后全磷、有效磷、树脂磷、碳酸氢钠无机磷及稀盐酸磷的含量显著增加,残留态磷的含量显著降低。(2)磷肥水平≥45 kg/hm2 时,配施生物炭处理的全磷和有效磷含量较对照分别显著提高 17。1%~46。7%和 32。5%~76。3%。(3)磷肥水平≥45 kg/hm2 时,配施生物炭处理的树脂磷和碳酸氢钠无机磷的含量较对照分别显著增加 50。8%~160。3%和 36。1%~118。3%。(4)减磷施肥导致氢氧化钠有机磷含量较对照下降 38。4%~39。8%;处理间氢氧化钠无机磷的含量无显著差异。(5)配施生物炭后稀盐酸磷含量较对照显著提高 57。9%~352。1%;减磷施肥处理的浓盐酸有机磷含量显著低于正常施磷的处理组合;施磷量为 30 kg/hm2 时,浓盐酸无机磷的含量显著低于其他处理组合;配施生物炭显著降低残留态磷的含量。(6)土壤全磷、有效磷的含量与树脂磷、碳酸氢钠无机磷、稀盐酸磷的含量呈显著正相关。综上所述,添加生物炭有利于提高南方酸性稻作土壤的磷素含量,促进有机磷向无机磷的转化,提高土壤磷素有效性,在此基础上磷肥施用可低至 45 kg/hm2。
Effects of combined applications of biochar and reduced phosphate fertilizer on phosphorus forms in acid paddy soil of southern China
To address the issue of strong ability of southern acidic soils to adsorb and fix phosphorus specifically,this study used a micro-area experiment to investigate the effects of combined applications of biochar(40,60 and 80 t/hm2)and reduced phosphate-fertilizer(P2O5 75,60,45 and 30 kg/hm2)on the contents of different forms of phosphorus.Additional treatment was set up as control(CK).CK was fertilization of P2O5 75 kg/hm2 without biochar application.The results were as follows:(1)Combined applications of biochar and reduced phosphate fertilizer significantly increased the content of total phosphorus,available phosphorus,resin phosphorus,sodium bicarbonate inorganic phosphorus,diluted hydrochloric acid phosphorus,but significantly decreased the content of residual phosphorus.(2)The treatments of≥45 kg/hm2 phosphorus fertilizer application significantly increased soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus by 17.1%-46.7%and 32.5%-76.3%,compared with the control.(3)The treatments of≥45 kg/hm2 phosphorus fertilizer application significantly increased the contents of soil resin phosphorus and sodium bicarbonate inorganic phosphorus by 50.8%-160.3%and 36.1%-118.3%,respectively,compared with the control.(4)Compared with the control,phosphorus fertilizer reduction resulted in a decrease in soil organic phosphorus content of sodium hydroxide by 38.4%-39.8%,but there was no significant difference in soil inorganic phosphorus content of sodium hydroxide between treatments.(5)The content of diluted hydrochloric acid phosphorus was significantly increased by 57.9%-352.1%after biochar application,compared with the control.The organic content of concentrated hydrochloric phosphorus was significantly lower in the phosphorus fertilizer reduction treatment than in the normal phosphorus application with biochar.The inorganic content of concentrated hydrochloric phosphorus was significantly lower in the phosphorus fertilization level of 30 kg/hm2 than in the other phosphorus fertilization and biochar treatment combinations.The application of biochar significantly reduced the content of residual phosphorus in the soil.(6)The contents of soil total phosphorus and available phosphorus were positively correlated with the contents of resin phosphorus,inorganic phosphorus in sodium bicarbonate,and diluted hydrochloric acid phosphorus.In conclusion,biochar application is beneficial to improve the phosphorus content of the acidic southern paddy soil,promote the conversion of organic phosphorus to inorganic phosphorus and improve the effectiveness of soil phosphorus,on which the phosphorus fertilizer application can be as low as 45 kg/hm2.
